  • First time? Do a small patch test. Put a tiny amount on your inner forearm and wait 24 hours. If you see redness or itching, don’t use it.

  2. After your morning or evening bath, dry the area gently.

  1. Find the muscles: imagine stopping the flow of urine. Don’t practise on the toilet.
  2. Squeeze and lift for 5 seconds.

  4. Repeat 10 times. Do this 3 times a day.
